This might be the worst computer I’ve ever had. Can’t do anything on it, when I search all I get is page is not responding and it’s super slow. Nice job on making junk HP

The unit died less than 2 years. I sent it out to HP for repair since it was under warranty. However their support kept telling me it was not Covered under warranty cause it had damage. However - they were never able to document what the actual damage was- no evidence or proof. After several attempts dealing with support - they never got back to me to inform me of what they found as damage. I gave up and will never purchase an HP again.

This product wasn’t good I brought it for my grandson to use his first laptop for kindergarten it wouldn’t hold a charge, it was hard to turn on and to get to the apps was horrible.

I haven’t been able to connect to the internet since I got the laptop and using any internal functions have been very slow as well.

It’s a really good cute computer it’s a good size and the keyboard feels amazing and the battery does last a good amount of time

I bought this laptop and took it back within a week or so. Runs super slow and freezes even when using Microsoft word. Gets super hot while charging. Took 2 hours to factory reset.

No speed, tough to set up, didn't care for the new internet connection with Microsoft. Was going to use it for a conference and it was so slow I returned it within days of trying to make it work.

It’s way too slow! Not sure what is wrong with it, just got it this year. Unfortunately I didn’t use it right away so I couldn’t even return it. It’s sucks

Not what i expected! Not much memory to do what I need to do, don't know much about laptops and i must say you get what you pay for

If you need a simple laptop to do a few things, like write and use Word and browse the internet, then this laptop will be good for you. Does all I need it to, and the design is nice with the white color. The only issue is that it sometimes does seem to run a bit slow, but that isn't too much of a problem.

This computer runs very slow. Would not recommend, I would return it but it’s past the window if return.

very slow but should I expect for the price. I was trying to set my laptop up and saw how slow it was running, gave it a couple of hours but there was no resolve. returned immediately

Slowest laptop I have ever used. Can barely load Microsoft Edge without exploding.

It worked for about 3 weeks and it is no longer working

Im not sure if this laptop was a refurbished one because it is very slow and does not work well. I keep getting not responding messages

Super slow! This laptop is a nightmare . I can’t even browse anything because it’s saying I have a virus this is the second time I turn it on

We ended up returning this laptop! It was super slow to open anything on the web or even simple things like trying to open the settings!! I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Excellent product would recommend to anyone especially college student due to its lightweight and multifunctional screen.

Good price for the quality of the laptop, does the job

Very slow start up. Got it used, was a floor model. Looked brand new. Returned, but still got charged for recycling fee. Even though I brought back within an hour. Not cool.
