you get what you pay for. I bought when my good laptop went down. I needed something to get me by. While I was fixing my other. As for a spare, It'll do.

I purchased the laptop online and picked it up from the store. After testing my new HP - 14" Laptop - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 64GB eMMC - Snowflake White, everything works well and functions perfectly the way I excepted to. I got window 11 and only use it for little personal things to get my work done, and watching videos and etc.. It was worth it for the price I got for. I am very happy with my transaction and the item.

Very portable and light-weight. I haven't had much time to play with all the settings on it, but I'm sure it will meet all my needs.

Poor quality the laptop took 10 mins to load Microsoft Edge, I bough this to use for a zoom call and I couldn’t download zoom.

Laptop was extremely slow. Had a hard time doing anything internet related.

Laptop can’t even handle school work!!! I cannot open google slides or any sort of documents without the computer going black and lagging.

Not a very good computer. When viewing something on a selected site the computer will automatically jump to another site.

I needed a computer for work and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This HP laptop does the job very well. Yes, it's no speedster on the web, but that's not what I bought it for. I use it to write, make Word files, and watch the occasional YouTube video (and it works fine for that, even with only 4 gigs or memory). Highly recommended for an inexpensive, basic computer for adults' children and students.

I purchased this laptop as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I just talked with her to check and see if it was working well for her. She loves it. Thanks so much Best Buy for providing great customer service and quality products that customers can feel confident in purchasing and giving as gifts.

Nice plastic, white in color. Deffinition ok but if you set it at fhd it lags in youtube and so. Have to add it includes office, you can change it from s mode to normal mode with a click. And 1 tb in skydrive. And for those things its an excelent package.

It should be $30 & not $150. It updates every second, and if you don’t let it update it won’t work. I guess you get what you pay for.

Teally slow p processor other than that it was a great laptop. It was just not enough for school work basic

Runs smoothly, however if you’re looking for something with more storage this might not be the fit for you! Great for its price!

It was a great purchase for what I needed it for…. Paying bills, getting emails,shopping online and school work

Been a month since I purchased and so far I haven’t experienced any problems. Worth the money and useful for students especially.

Looked like the computer was new in the box. After opening and turning on, it did not work. Had to return this computer.

It’s an ok laptop once it starts actually running but it takes forever to get it on an ready to use I give it 6 out of 10

Best lap top I’ve purchased in a while. Price was excellent and was on sale Father’s Day weekend when I purchased it.
