I purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas through Best Buy online. It was a very easy and simple process. I paid for the laptop and received an email notification when it was ready about an hour later. I drove to the store and parked in my spot. I informed the store I was there via text and shortly after, an associate was at my vehicle with my purchase. It was a great experience that saved me a ton of time.

I bought this on July 22nd. Took it home to start up and it is soooooooooooo slow. Don’t do it unless it’s for the kiddos not for work

Terrible product. Do not waste your money on it. I need a cheap laptop to do some copy editing for my business on. Reviews of this one were good. Upon installing all of the required a windows updates, it constantly freezes up, taking at least two hours to re boot. It’s unusable. I tried to return or exchange, but since I was outside of the 14 day window for Best Buy to exchange, I was out of luck. Terrible all around experience.

As of now I have not had any problems with this laptop. The speed, battery and display are fabulous. I have no complaints.

Disappointed this purchase because the speed is very slow. My daughter can’t even use it.

Bought this HP because it was a good value for the money. It’s not a workhorse and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. But, for the price point it made the purchase worthwhile. I got this to replace a big all in one desktop that I had for years and finally passed its usefulness. If all you want to do is surf and email this is a good buy. I would buy again if I needed a PC for that purpose. Also what led me to purchase is a few sites I need to access are not completely compatible with the IOS platform.

Bought one for our Grandson. He likes it so much we decided to get one for his sister. She, too, thinks it's great.

Extremely slow highly do not recommend I bout it for college and you have to power it off then back on just to load a page

When setting up the laptop, it was moving extremely slowly and froze. Never finished setting up the laptop.

Very slow and pretty much useless, it is extremely slow don't waste your money.

This computer actually decreased my quality of life. It’s not worth the materials it’s made from. Owned for 5 days and already lagging while typing a word document. You cant make this up.

This laptop is severely slow for basic apps like regular email or microsof excel. I do not recommend this laptop.

I'm not to excited about this laptop. The screen is very easy to break. Please take this into consideration. As well when I received my order I'm still waiting for the sux months security that came with it as well the fifteen month Microsoft 365 program that came with it . I don't know what other to do them bring it to the main people's I guess. All in all, the customer service people are very nice though.

Had the thing a week. Only used once for school work. The computer was so slow that it was unusable. It was returned immediately.

I have owned a lot of various sized and powerful laptops and HP has always been a dependable brand both due to reliable machines and reputation and quality of their designs. This laptop is no different and is smaller scale 14 inch screen sized packs a nice little punch when it comes to smaller sized laptops with minimal memory and storage. This computer comes pre loaded with the latest Windows OS and is a nice design comparable to other HP laptops. With these machines you have to know what your purpose is since this is comparable to a Chromebook, less storage space packing 64GB and is a computer designed to be an internet device mostly, good for students or a professional that wants a smaller machine they can easily stick in their back and maybe use as a second laptop. Its very lightweight and the graphics are great for a machine this size. I like the fact its easy to carry and for the price point you would pay for these machines, its worth it and is easy to set up and use out of the box. In all not a bad laptop.

It runs slow takes forever to open up the browser dont get it i say spend alittle bit kore to get something better

Laptop came broken twice Crazy, slow Return twice do not get does not work for anything

I'm not going to write a review just to get a gift card, (but it would be greatly appreciated) I got this laptop for a Black Friday sale (2023). It has been slow the entire time I got it. It's not the internet, because I have high-speed internet. I would like to return it but I fear that I will not be allowed based on how long it has been since the purchase date.

The original computer built in 1950 is faster than this brand new laptop. It is a crime they are allowed to sell a product like this.

This computer was so slow I returned next day. I could not even download google chrome from it being so slow
