I reset it twice, thinking it started with a bug/ malware, because is was unbearably slow. It’s slower than my desktop of over 10 years ago, and that desktop is at the brim with its memory filled. Every time I checked the storage it claimed it was at full capacity- with nothing installed.

Had to return being it was broken

Costed me time, money and a headache but the replacement worked better than the original purchase and is still working today in April 2024!

Don’t buy

When I try to bring it back I need to have a better system with products bought it for Christmas. Never opened it to Christmas Day and it wouldn’t come on. What a sad day for my daughter.

I'm not a student or computer gamer, so I can't say anything about that. But it hooks to my wifi easily and I can pay my online bills with it, so I'm happy!
