Slow and not worth the money

Took over an hour to do initial set up, only to find that it wouldn’t run any videos from YouTube, and wouldn’t open any web browers, wasn’t due to my internet. Went back to Best Buy spent a little extra and am extremely happy with my other purchase.

Worst buy

This laptop have a system issue. Since I bought this laptop last year, it had shut off on its own and when powering up, the start up page blinks. It doesn’t load up it keep flashing . I had to deal with this issue so many times. I regret buying this laptop.

Good Laptop for beginners

Sent the laptop back and it was received in the 13th still haven’t gotten my refund. It should take this long for my money to go back on my card

Disappointed!!

It's a nice looking laptop. I'm disappointed because I gave it to my son for Christmas. And now the hard part, dealing with Best Buy for help! I will update as we move forward.

I help set it up for her and after finding all the info needed, it only took a few minutes. After using it that day I just might get one for myself. easy to use and get around in. Great graphics.
