I’ve had the laptop for over a month. Great buy for the price, and the screen is crystal clear. I love all the features that it comes with. The screen size is perfect for me to work, watch movies and more. Very happy with my purchase. I love HPs.

Great value for buck but small screen and updating the computer sometimes is a hassle.

If you are wanting to do more with this product than search the web it is not a good product. There is no trade-in value either. It was a waste of my money.

Maybe it was defective, but this laptop was glitchy from the beginning, extremely slow to logon extremely slow, tune, respond to commands. It was so bad that I decided to ship it back, and I couldn’t even get it to factory reset because everything was so slow.

Good starter laptop for beginners, not great for most games.

So Slow I returned it & got a better one that’s faster than this. The way this one works Bestbuy should just lower it to $25 or better yet buy an item & get this laptop for free because it’s not worth buying at all.

Brought this item as an open box product item never worked properly and return period was shorten than an traditional item so I I just loss out on money I was suggest to not purchase open box items as the quality is not verified.

Love the Laptop. Hate windows 11. It is awful! Not compatible with many apps that I need.

So far so good. Will not let me download cricut design space. Will void programming if i do?

It meets my expectation and requirements. I am satisfied with its performance.

It was cheap. Love the solid white. It works for what I need it for which is web browsing and checking google excel sheets. It does load slow. It can play YouTube videos easily. Biggest issue is color display isn’t changeable. I looked up how to do it in every options or display and graphics. There is no way to change it. It’s very odd.

DO NOT BUY. The worst laptop I have ever used in my life. Got it for my daughter for Christmas has not worked since 2 days after. Will not open any apps locks up and screen goes black then comes back on. GARBAGE

VERY slow Immediately returned for a MacBook It connected to my internet but still took forever to load the web page. And no it’s not my internet as the MacBook I bought an hr later worked perfectly. So did my old and cheap Lenovo.

We purchased this economic laptop for my wife because we needed as a last minute budget pick . We are satisfied with purchase price and the performance. It has has everything it needs to handle all of her needs while studying in college

I would rate a negative if i could. Completely locked up and had to get refund. I was told by an employee, that the most expensive part of it was the case. Not worth the money not time.
