That's what happened to my old one. It's really simple & not complicated to get set up, I am very pleased with my purchase!

The family member was extremely happy with the computer and was able to complete his work.

It hardly wanted to open any programs we even returned it and got a new one to see if we just got a bad pick of the lot but same issues.
