Slow to operate from the beginning, but she didn't want to complain. By the time she spoke up, it was past the 14 day mark & they told her there was nothing they could do.

These fit the bill perfectly. Going from a Chromebook to low end laptop made a world of difference to 2 little girls. Would definitely purchase again.

Awesome laptop

I also love the blue color. I will say the display colors is where it lacks.

Great HP laptop- even my Mom can use it!

For a woman in her late 70’s & a basic knowledge of computers and laptops, it was very easy for her use. She also loved the touch screen feature!

This computer is constantly "not responding" or then closes out my tabs or just running slow. It's quiet frustrating, save your money and buy something else.
