Don’t Trust Open Box Items Online!

I went to a Best Buy near me and they were able to get me a cord. I plugged it in when I got home and there were errors popping up saying there was no hard drive and then saying there was no operating system. Too many errors for something that shouldn’t have happened the first time I turned it on. I was able to return it to, but the person issuing me the refund was very rude. I still wanted the computer, but I was given no other option than to return. I’m sure if this would have been new, I wouldn’t have had any issues. I wouldn’t trust an open box item (this one said it was in excellent condition).
