My expectations went over the roof with my first laptop(this one). It’s really slow which sucks because I am attending online school. But overall at the end of the day it gets the job done.

Keyboard keeps not working, makes it hard to do anything even sign in is a struggle if I can’t remember how to make the keyboard pop up on screen

It doesn't download everything i want. I guess i still need to learn how use, but i loke my chromebook better. The saleman say it better then chromebook, so dar i don't see it.

Sound quality is horrible even when on maximum. Wouldn't recommend! This is a waste of money! Bought because the reviews were good but now not even those can be trusted!

After fully charging it straight out of the box, turned it on and the screen started glitching.

I cant play roblox right and its so laggy to i know it not for gaming but u say it will run minecraft smoothly so i thought roblox to but nah its so laggy >:(

got the laptop today batery was dead i knew something was wrong plug it to charge do the upgrade on windows once go to main screen the laptop went into a loop , I call and they are actually going to send me another one but today the same laptop is 40 dollars cheaper than what i pay for and you get it in 4 days i have to wait almost 2 more weeks never buying online again

I wanted a second computer to have at the house...this is a piece of junk and I wouldn't recommend it

This laptop sucks It is just past the return date and it doesn’t work properly. The screen is messed up. What to do now with it ?

Got this computer two years ago as a graduation present, within two weeks it started having issues. Picking it up from the bottom on the right side would instantly make the system lock up and the screen would get all glitchy and weird. The wifi eventually stopped working, and so did the "turn off and on" tactic. I took it in to be repaired, but they only fixed the wifi issue. Overall, this computer has been reliable enough aside from that issue which still persists. It has a very low storage (60 gigs, less than some cell phones) but it works well for school and watching youtube/netflix and some small games. It's a cheap laptop, good enough for what it is.

Screen started glitching 15 days after purchase. Won't come on

Just bought it for 2 weeks, it keeps asking you to restart. And finally it totally down for itself

I really don't like this. Super slow and the keyboard is hard to get used to.

The laptop doesn't seem to be fair for its price and collapses over time. Do not buy

You get what you pay for!! This laptop was inexpensive but it's the WORST laptop I've ever owned. I use it mainly for the internet and I have had problems EVERY TIME I go on line. When I contacted Best Buy warranty department, they said all agents were busy, contact later rather than put me in a que. I will never purchase from Best Buy again!

This has a hypersensitive keyboard. I use the device only when I absolutely have to use it.

I've only had this computer for 3 weeks and it is the worst computer I've ever purchased! Doesn't make updates. Now the caps lock is off and it still types in caps. The power button is awful. You have to hold it down forever to turn on. There are so many negative things to say about this computer! What a waste of a couple hundred bucks!

The computer I ordered wouldn't turn on. I called Best Buy but the person I spoke to couldn't understand English well enough for us to be able to have a conversation. I decided to just return the laptop and get my money back. Unfortunately they're keeping $14 for returning it to them. I will never buy anything from them again!
