Cheap and not what I expected. I expected better from hp

I get it it’s a low price laptop but absolutely no memory other than that it’s good

Sound went out almost a month later.Touchpad also stopped working .

This laptop is horrible. It does not work if you need to use chrome.I have only had it for a month. While the design is pretty, it’s not worth the money and was a horrible decision. All the great reviews about it had me fooled. Not to mention it runs slow and is pretty boring. The battery also runs low quickly.

I bought this computer for school and it is doing its job. I love the size and color.

I should have known better than to expect quality from a laptop priced as low as this, but would have expected something with HP name on it would be decent. I was wrong. This is the absolute slowest brand new computer I’ve ever seen. Returning it tomorrow.

HP Laptop was fine until today. Flashed off, did a couple more flashes then died. I’ll wait a few hours & try turning it on again. I have a feeling since product was a sale item it wasn’t new. Not sure but suspect. Too bad. Won’t ever buy a Best Buy sale product again.

One of the slowest computers and you cannot upstage the ram from 4GB even though I was told it could be at purchase. The computer uses have the ram just for the operating system. Terrible computer and terrible advice from the employee.

I got this cheaper HP laptop to be able to work from home. It was so slow! This is my first PC in 12 years. I can see why MACs are so much better. I only used this for a weekend and returned it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very cheaply made and super slow. Not to mention the whole buying experience to the returning experience was extremely frustrating and difficult. Haven’t even received a refund and they received my return 11 days ago!
