I like this new version of this laptop and I am glad that I was approved to do payment plan to obtain it.

Let me start off by saying that this was a nice little laptop, but I did ultimately return it. The laptop itself is nice. Booted up quickly and got things running pretty easily. It was also my first introduction to Windows 11 which isn't as bad as I initially thought it would be. Ran some videos on YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ without a problem, and programs like Word and Excel were working with no problem at all. Sound was decent and picture was good quality. The issue, which is really my fault and in no way an issue with the laptop, is when she was trying to play both Minecraft (Bedrock) and Roblox. There were only a few reviews and questions on both for this laptop, so hopefully this can help out some other parents (or young adults if this laptop is for you) out. Let me start off by saying that this laptop will run and play both games. But if your child has played either game on console or with another desktop or laptop with better specs than this one, be prepared to have them tell you how it looks a bit different and is a bit slower with movements and responses. Minecraft runs pretty well, but runs better if you go in an adjust some of the settings. The lack in response and movement is there, but for a youngster who doesn't know better, is definitely playable without too much of an issue. Like I said, unless your young person has already been playing on a better system, they won't really know too much better. The only time it slows a bit is when there is a drastic change like falls from certain heights or something where the graphics have to change and load quickly. Roblox is a bit of a hit or miss depending on the game they are playing. I do not play the game too much, but as I understand it, there are different games within the game that are a bit more intense than others, and will ask more of your system depending on which one of the games you play. Mostly like Minecraft, the games she plays on Roblox were doing ok, but definitely not as good as her previous laptop or her Xbox. So, like I said, more so there are no issues with the laptop itself. It just was not able to suit exactly what she wanted and had become accustomed to. Like I said, unless this your childs first laptop and experience playing Minecraft or Roblox, I would recommend something with a bit faster processor and a bit better graphics. Although this laptop meets the minimum specs to run both games, your kids experience will be better with a better laptop. That being said, I would definitely recommend this laptop for everyday use for things like homework, casual internet browsing, social media, and streaming some movies, shows, and videos. Definitely made me feel better about my eventual upgrade to Windows 11 on my machine and other kids' laptops. Overall, laptop is a great choice for the casual everyday user.

A great laptop to use, I like its size and it’s easy to pack up when your on the go

I brought the laptop for school, which it’s a good laptop I just didn’t know that windows 11 was a home add so I had to change the make up of the computer to use it for school. Other than that it’s perfect

Laptop is a little slow but adequate for its purpose.

I wanted a bigger screen, like the old lap top I had, but I could not understand the salesman when he talked about my HP Laptop. So. I have had to adjust to a smaller size screen. But performance wise I really like it!

I got this laptop for college. Plus I liked the white pearl type color. Its light weight and had newer updated windows 11 and 64bit capacity.

Very light weight the charge last forever and it’s the perfect shade of pink I highly recommend since it’s affordable and cute

Only good if you have a great amount of patience and above average technical knowledge. I had bought two for both of my young children. BOTH laptops had these same following issues. Takes forever to turn on. Once turned on, don't let it go to sleep or youll find yourself holding the power button to turn off and then waiting for it to boot up again. The wifi hardware will randomly disable so you have to go into settings to re-enable it. Sometimes the wifi hardware would not show up at all and would take multiple reboots to get the laptop to recognize there was wifi hardware. BOTH laptops purchased did this at random times. Im a network tech so I can say with 110% certainty that its not my home network causing any issues. When it did work, it was slow and buggy. Bottom line, if you NEED a laptop and have great patience and some technical knowledge in troubleshooting but dont want to spend more than $200, roll the dice and hopefully you wont have the issues I had with 2 of these. Specs-wise, these laptops are barely capable of keeping up with any kind of modern software other than word processing or super light office work, maybe light web-browsing. Give it a year or less and itll probably become a $150 paperweight.

This is certainly a budget laptop aimed at students for lighter uses. It fulfills everything I needed it to do, make sure you give it a couple of restarts as it needs to update certain system settings from the factory.

Only bought for simple work from home job and it’s not enough memory although it says it has the space. System moves slow for all tasks.

Excellent laptop. Exactly what I need for college. No thrills but meets my basic needs. I just bought another for my son.

Light weight and great for taking into small areas to work with ease

Good laptop for small load use. It is lightweighted and pretty good for basic use for text editing and internet browsing.

I absolutely loved it it had everything on there that I needed for my college classes I would recommend this laptop for anybody.

Nice little machine for what I needed it for. I’m doing a medical coding and billing certificate online, and I require internet browser and an app from MedCerts. The computer runs both beautifully. I don’t use it for anything else. But it’s quick once I removed it from S mode, the Bluetooth was easy to hook up to for headphones and my mouse, and it holds a decent charge. I’d recommend this for anyone looking for a basic laptop looking to do strictly schoolwork and not much else.

Good starter laptop! Holds a great amount of memory, will need an external drive for additional storage. The keys are very click-clack-y if you are into that! Overall a great choice for quick work laptop.

My god daughter's baby girl love it. It works well and happy with it at school and doing her homework. I recommend it!

It is ok for surfing the internet but I thing 4gb Ram is not enough, Sometimes It gets slow or freez. In general it is ok.
