I ordered a laptop for my husband for Christmas on Dec. 7th. It didn't even ship until well after Christmas. No reason was given for the delay. He loves the laptop. But the wait was beyond reasonable.

I've never had a computer that was unable to stream 720p. NEVER. It's great for functional basics, such as Microsoft Office and basic searches, but don't think about opening more than 4 tabs because the CPU hits 100 ASAP and everything crashes 70% of the time. And this is me using this laptop for only 48 hours. It's incredibly laggy beyond belief. If you're using it for basic office needs or college, it's fine. If you are trying to use it for any form of leisure, forget about it.

Five minutes out of the box I started having problems. It said I didn't have the driver to get the Internet. I boxed it up to return it but tried again another day and it was fine. It got the internet then I tried linking around. Every thing worked that time so I did some word processing and printed to see if everything that was important to me worked. All was well until I turned it on the next time. It keeps telling me that my printer doesn't have a driver for the printer. The printer is important for what I need the laptop for. The printer works fine on my other computers but this one says it's missing a driver. Since I took this HP back out of the box every thing has gone down hill and my 15 days to return it is over. What a waste of money. The screen is too tiny for me and the keys are really small so it is uncomfortable to use. I can't hook up my external monitor because it doesn't have the right port for it. In all my years I've never had such a disappointing experience with a computer. It's a really expensive door stop.

Bought for a friend to surf the web and take Rosetta Stone courses. He is generally happy with the computer but says it's a bit slow. For $300, can't ask for more miracles, though.

Nice for a child, which is what the sales rep should of told me prior to purchasing. I needed a computer for work. I will be buying another one, but Not from Best Buys.

The worst product ever. It only lasted a year the keys stopped working
