Always having issues with the screen going black My phone has better connection to the WiFi. It gets what I need done done tho

I am so sorry I bought this computer. It is slower than my 4-year-old laptop that had basically the same specs. This computer cannot even do basic online shopping without stopping to "think." And forget about listening to youtube music while trying to search for anything online. The computer itself feels very cheaply made compared to my older hp. I can't imagine trying to use this for Zoom. It makes me feel like I still have dial-up internet. I also had a terrible time getting the password off. It should not be this hard. I just want a computer that will start when I open it.

screen broke within 2 months for no reason said it would be 280 dollar to fix it….

Total piece of crap. Had this previously in white but thought it was a fluke. Same problems with sticking keys on this one also. Spend more money and get something of decent quality.

Not enough space to do much on it after all of the things that come on the laptop originally. Overall not a bad computer though. No glitch or anything so far.

The keys feel cheap to the touch, the laptop is slow to respond, and the battery life is much shorter than what is advertised.

When my friend received his brand new blue HP-14'' laptop. He plugged it in to charge it up and he let it charge for the day. That same evening he said he tried to turn it on around 7 pm. And nothing, It would not turn on. Nothing would happen or come on. I wasn't at his home when he did this. I know he wouldn't make it up. Why would he?? To send back a $200 something laptop?? I think not.

I just realize this computer doesn't have a tray for CD,, I'm very disappointed .. Now I can't return it.. My fault that I did check that before time ended to return it SMH,

no opinion I was going to take a class that required it, but I deceided not to keep taking the class. I prefer all in one desktop computers.

Bought this a bit over a month ago, received an icemaker instead. Arranging for return was a bit of a headache. Students beware, this is barely enough to online schoolwork done. It isn't very powerful, and glitches with Microsoft Edge not interfacing with Blackboard nearly caused me to fail a class. Buy something else. The low price is still too much if you expect it to function reliably.

I had this laptop for a week and while I’m watching a tv show it suddenly goes all blue screen and saying locking. Then goes to a black screen and now does not power on anymore.

Good but average. I am used to Mac computers so may be that's the principal reason. The equipment works well, and very fast for its price. More than expected.

Computer is loaded with so much junk to get you to sign up it’s super annoying. I just want a computer don’t want to have to finagle all the ore loaded apps

Granddaughter loves it but when I gave it to her for Christmas she discovered that the keys are sticking . Will take back tomorrow and exchange for the exact same one

It is a good laptop although the box had a big hole which affected the mouse pad, I will be doing a return and buying the same as it's a great product!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my younger daughter, will be her first computer. Pink is pretty. Was not looking for anything excessive for her.

Comes with little to no storage , very complicated to add storage to this device. Small and easy to carry .

Unfortunately this wasn't a satisfactory laptop, very slow processor speed, couldn't even handle a simple zoom meeting with 4 people

Im not happy with the product, i took it into a store in Columbia SC. I bought a wireless mouse to see if it'll help...MORE TO COME

For the price it’s a nice laptop.. but I found it a little too slow, and I checked my wifi, but still running a bit slow to open programs
