Pretty good for a cheaper laptop, use it to work from home.

Super slow but perfect for kids school. Easy to navigate and light.

I thought I was getting a good computer, but I was mistaken. It’s super slow, always giving me a hard time and making me annoyed. Not to mention its memory is not good enough for anything really. Also, I hate it’s keyboard. I’m always hitting something that mess up the whole keyboard.

Good Basic Laptop for normal use like browsing the web

this is the worse piece of crap I have ever owned! 9 days after I got it, the battery adapter just stopped. I took it back in to exchange it, but they said there was nothing wrong with it. Ok, I think they just changed the adapter. Now it just does what ever it wants to do! Drops projects i am working on, shuts down with no reason...trust me it's crap! They won't exchange it because it had a small smudge of cranberry juice on 1 key! These people are cons! I will never order again!

I bought this back in January.. I really wanted this product because it was Rose gold. I had a similar one in silver before but screen black out. I love HP and all my laptops have always been HP. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this one! It works as if it was used. Systems runs really slow and sometimes when I try to select something it’ll freeze up before loading up!! It’s frustrating that I spent almost 240 on this device and it’s not working how I expected. I wanted to return it but I was past my return window.. Not sure if it’s all the rose gold ones or just the one I bought but it is not recommended!

Product worked good for a month. Good picture and quality.

This is really only decent for very simple operations. There simply isn't enough RAM or processing power to do much of anything. I had to return it.

Its a good computer, i would recommend this product.

Iam a little disappointed in one month it seems like the audio is giving me a problem...like i don't have any at all...i checked it completely...i may have to return it....it was suggested the audio drive may ne outdated or corrupted

The first laptop I purchased headlines in the screen so I returned it that a replacement shipped my replacement the key board doesn’t really work well the keys are just sticky and I get glitches when typing and what not.

This laptop is veet slow. Bought this to teach on Webex and it was a disaster . If you go on Webex or even on an internet browser the CPU usage would shoot to 100%. ended borrowing a chromebook as this device couldn’t complete the task

Not the laptop I was expecting. But I got what I paid for- I didn’t know that HP could make this so cheap. Bought it for my son for college. It does what it’s supposed to but just disappointed in the quality.

The wifi network adapter hardware failed a couple of weeks after this was purchased. I returned it and bought another one, which had the same problem after a couple of weeks.

The worst laptop in the history of mankind. Very slow, cannot handle video calls. Don't waste your money. It's not my internet speed, I do not have multiple tabs open & I performed all the updates. You can only check emails if you have just one tab open otherwise it can't handle emails either. Pretty color and that's all it's good for. I gave it 1 star because there is no -1 or 0 star

This computer SUCKS!! I brought to to do minimal work and used it only twice and it wouldn't come back on the the third time I tried to use it.

Not even 3 months in and it already has issues. I got this for school & its crashed constantly, made using Word so difficult, highlights when I need to type or moves the words when I don’t want it..

Very pretty Got it for my daughter for Christmas (the day she opened it ) and it’s already acting crazy. The keypad gets stuck, the screen blacks out randomly. It hasn’t been a month of using it. A mess!!

This item was purchased a month ago and the charger is not plugging in. I will follow up with tech support but this is not an issue I expected to occur with such a recent purchase.
