I needed a cheap laptop for college classes that was able to do the bare minimum, like run web browsers smoothly. Upon starting the computer, it was slow to load up Microsoft Edge. When making searches on Edge, you can see how slow the laptop is when you are typing as the screen was a few words behind compared to what I was typing. I booted up Task Manager and the laptop was clocked at 100% CPU even when nothing was being done and no apps were open. Wouldn't recommend this laptop. Extremely slow at even using Microsoft Edge.

It’s a very slow laptop when it comes to heavy programs, not friendly to upload programs It’s still stylish and light And very good for students

LOVE IT AT FIRST AND THEN I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUSES WITH IT. SOMETIMES I TAP THE KEY AND IT WILL JUMP TO SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUSES WITH IT.

I bought this laptop for my son when he had to transition into remote school and the custom laptop I bought directly from hp was delayed in shipping. I thought it would be sufficient for him to do his schoolwork, but it's much slower than the chromebook he got from his previous school even though the specs seem to be better than the chromebook. I feel this was a waste of money since my son can't use it at all due to how slow it is to do anything.

Do not buy this pc. I thought spending 240 dollars for a laptop for our 9 yr old son made sense. Well it doesn't. This can't run anything. It freezes and whatever you do do not install the anti virus software or it will just spin. Returning it asap

When I received it the box looked like it was torn apart. It was open but someone put one strip of tape on it.

I was not happy that I had to return the laptop and it was not working properly. I had only had it really for a week and I needed it for home. Then when I did not want to return and get new one, the representative was not helpful. They act like they could not get me another one for the same price. Now that I look online, there is another one for the same price, I think it is the one that i had to return

The worst laptop I have ever purchased it didn’t start having bugs or randomly freezing until about a a month and a half after I purchased (which of course was after the return date) even with antivirus software. Also the battery life is horrible it was a complete waste of money DO NOT BUY!!

I rate this a 2 star because when I try to log into my computer it doesn't log in I have to shut it down like 3 times before I can actually log into

It runs extremely slow when you open too many tabs but its value is good if you just do light browsing and possibly schoolwork.

Help was hard to find I waited 20-25 minutes before having to ask someone for help myself. But I got the laptop that I like.

This laptop came without the keyboard work and best buy never replaced it

This device does not connect well for video calls like zoom . The windows program itself is running slow

Really bag decision to buy this laptop, open box. i don"t recommended to buy open any item for any reason, PLEASE IS BETTER PAY 100 BOX MORE FOR SOMETHING YOU KNOWS WE HAVE WARRANTY THAN SOMETHING YOU CAN TAKE MONEY BACK. THIS LAPTOP RUNNING REALLY BAG, MANY TIME THE SCREEN GO OFF WITHOUT REASON AND BATTERY NO LONGER THAN 2 HOURS...SO BAG CHOICE

i guess im either dumb or targeted but this was what i thought a good idea. but im having so many problems.

Horrible! gets stuck, slow and doesn't work like a expected.

Great price however it constantly shuts off without reason and gets stuck on the restart screen.

If you’re looking for a good reliable laptop for college this isn’t it. The screen blacks out and has to be restarted multiple times to be used again. Doesn’t let you use other tabs or multitask while on zoom and starts glitching if you try to. I would only recommend this laptop if you aren’t in virtual classes or meetings.
