The one died within a week or two and took months for HP to fix, and now it's barely usable. All three are slow, often crash. And I missed the Best Buy return period by 3 days (just got the dead one back from HP).

Inside the screen started displaying like an outside screen that is broken but it is not broken. Happened about 3 weeks ago. So shows out of scope for return. Please advise what to do. She had just put her decals on it and was so proud. She is sad, but Nana is NOT happy!!!

It was not compatible with my college institution’s online learning platform (Canvas), the Respondus proctored exam platform, or my Canon printer. I’m not sure who the Chromebook is targeted for or for what purpose, but it definitely wasn’t for this college student.

I got this as an early birthday gift from my husband. The keys stick, it cap lock itself, it won't backspace and i use this for work. Got it to do zoom calls. after 15 min the mic went dead and no one could hear anything but a terrible sound. Restarted it got enough 20 min before the same thing happened. I ended up returning it and went back to my 8 year old Mac that works great.
