No one would help didn’t know anything about HP LAPTOP CS horrible

Would give this zero stars if I could! Had to return it due to the terrible screen resolution (looks like a very old computer) and how SUPER SLOW it runs - not even good for simple web browsing/Word. Spend a little more and get a laptop that actually works and has at least 1080p resolution!

It is ok for a basic laptop, but it is the worst quality in the camera that I ever seen on HP. The price was ok, but for being a black friday special, I was expecting more quality from HP. As I said it is ok as a basic computer if you want just to navigate to see your email, that's it.

Bought this so I could work from home during this crazy pandemic. Right out of the box, the mousepad didn’t work. After having to use a wireless mouse, the system was slow and couldn’t had the simple work load. Ended up returning it and getting the Lenovo thinkpad. Very disappointed.

Complete TRASH. Battery life is pretty much non existent. Takes a life time to charge. Doesn’t power on correctly majority of the time. I bought this laptop for my daughter schooling and basically feel as though I threw my money away. Very much annoyed

Slow. Also not good for online learning and zoom..

Got it for school work for my daughter and it didn't even last a year. She has it collecting dust on her desk. Try to trade it in and they didn't even give me any credit for it. Don't waste your money

Started out with someone’s information on it and claimed to be brand new. Ran slow always wanting an update every time I turned it on and now 1 year later it’s not turning on. After little to no use with it.

Would not recommend due to ordering on 11/24 and nothing has been delivered Christmas passed and my kid has no gift/ laptop... and your asking for a review it’s been more then a month and nothing yet really disappointed I am never ordering from you Guys ......

We previously had an hp chrome book that lasted for 6 years. One month in and this one is literally falling apart; the keys are popping off.

I had to bring it back the day after Christmas because it kept freezing up. I brought one "new in box" instead of open box. Since we had this one the same exact thing. This was for my 8 yr old and she doesn't like it.

I purchased my laptop last year in October and it has been the worst experience ever! The laptop cuts on and off randomly causing work to be lost or destroyed. It also cuts off when the screen is bent to a certain degree.

Super disappointed. This laptop was supposed to have been refurbished, which means inspected and ready for use. It was dirty and had food on the bottom and screen, it was gross. And it did not work, I ended up sending it back.

Well I purchased the laptop on August 16th and it is now October 1st and it no longer works. I didn't use it but more than a dozen times!!! I am highly disappointed.

This computer is super slow and feels like it’s made of cheap plastic. Don’t do it. I purchased it because my computer had just broken and I needed something cheap in a pinch. Served it’s purpose but it’s an awful computer over all.

HORRIBLE LAPTOP!! don’t waste your money. It goes very VERY SLOW… it is an i3 processor , i’ve had other laptops to go faster than this one. Please don’t waste any money

Bought it for my grand daughter. She loved it but when she started to put things on the screen —it would just disappear. 5 days ago was the last day to bring it back...REALLY! Very very disappointed. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

Terrible laptop. You will wait 3 - 5 minutes to open a program or brower window. Also, don't even think about running more than one program at a time. I know it's only $200 but it is the worse $200 I have ever spent. I am returning it today.

It did not work for me. It powered on but didn't make it past the blue screen with the just a moment message. I've read other reviews saying they had the same problem with this model. Im going to return it.

This computer is NOT user friendly. The mouse is very difficult, and after trying multiple times to click on something, I got frustrated w/ it before the end of the set up. Will be returning. Also, don't like the Microsoft.
