I don’t expect much out of a computer at this price point. I do expect it to work. This computer doesn’t. I should have bought a chrome book.

Crashed on me on first day of class only used maybe 10 hours total… do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get a quality product because this will just break and then you are out a laptop

This laptop is the worst. It’s slow in processing for everything. Only use it work, so I expect it to working somewhat decent. Very unhappy with this purchase. Really wished that I could return it.

It Lasted for years, decent battery life, sound, and Price.

Only good for watching movies and TV shows. Has very low storage and intel chip is not I-5 and barely fulfills the basic needs for school or work

Stopped working all of a sudden. Idk how the geek squad protection was cancelled but now when it stops working I can’t get it fixed.

Screen went black just 2 months after the one year warranty expired. If you want to have to purchase a new laptop every year this is the one for you.

This laptop is not at all what I wanted. I wanted something completely different. The salesman told me this would be the same and I’d get it in 3 days. It came 2 and a half weeks later.

The keyboard is not white like it shows on the box it’s actually black keyboard instead false advertisement.

My mother is already having an issue with the device turning on. I intend to return it and have them check it out. However, before this problem the laptop appeared to be a pretty decent one

Extremely disappointed! Slow downloading my craft software, web browsing kept closing and had to start it over and over again. After 24 hours of aggravation I returned it.

Horrible my computer won’t turn on it been only 4 months and won’t turn on and this happened during school

This was a waste of money - the processor is so slow I couldn't even. get. on. line. Ridiculous....

The keys stick, the cursor jumps into the middle of the sentence mid-type. Good computer for the money but if you are actually using for typing would not recommend

Great size and interface but had to return. Stopped connecting to wifi on the second day after update. Start button stopped working too.

Very slow, would not even start properly straight out of the box. Have had for only 1 month and have all of the storage unused and it runs terribly slow.
