Not a good product, DO NOT BUY TO GAME ON!!! I tried to install 1 game and it filled the storage up and needed more, I deleted all I could off of it and it still wasn't enough. This unit is only good for web browsing and maybe Office utilities, that's it. And how it was packaged, it has someone's long, disgusting hair that got caught under the sticker below the keyboard. It made me sick to see that, and there was what looked like a blade of grass or hay inside the plastic bag that holds the laptop. Very poor product and poor production. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

It's good for the price; don't get it if you need lots of space.

Hp was great lap top but only size 14 available for that store.

excellent device, the specs say its 1366 x 768 but when i go to settings and screen resolution it says 1920 x 1080 which is full HD, I don't understand why it says differently on the device.

BEFORE YOU BUY, ASK YOURSELF, WHY IS A BRAND NEW LAPTOP SELLING AT BLACK FRIDAY PRICES IN AUGUST I purchased this laptop 10 hours ago and I am patiently waiting for BB to open so I can return this garbage. I purchased it for my son to do simple things, like homework, surf the web, Facebook. But after setting it up, and playing around with it for a couple of hours, I realized he wouldn't be able to do most of his simplest tasks..... I opened Edge and started to surf the net. Just opening Edge it took forever. I thought maybe because it was the first time being used. Wrong, Every time I open Edge it takes a good 25 seconds before I can get the cursor in the web address bar. It is impossible to run 2 tabs in Edge at the same time. Other programs are the same way. Opening Word was a chore. I was able to go to the kitchen and get a drink before it was open and ready to use. There is so much lag that its crazy..... This laptop runs like a PC from 2005, and connecting to dial up internet..... Not worth even the 219.00 I paid.

Horrible. Bought this solely for grading while at working from home. It was so slow. Not just on webpages (since at first I thought it may be my internet), but even with trying to open the settings. It just took it forever to go from one page/task to the next. Not worth it, I returned it the next day.

I like the machine, but not for the purpose I needed for, wanted to have it for school but since the machine needs to have certain things for me to have it in school I prefer for streaming and binge wath a series but not for work or school because it could be slow day by day, I recommend something between amd ryzen 3 and intel core i5, with 8gb of RAM or more and 256 of ssd for school

This is a great product. It offers amazing features. This is a great investment. This is a definitely a must have.

Good laptop for surfing the net and nothing to demanding of high performance.

It worked for roughly 3 mos. Worked fine. I used it maybe 2-3 times to watch a movie, but mostly my kids daily did 30 - 60 min of school work on it each day. I bought it at the end of October and Feb 7th, today, the screen is constantly blacking out. My first instinct was to take out the battery for a minute and put it back, but this computer has the battery inside the casing. I can't give it a simple re-set like that. Since it started today, it's occasionally working if I let it rest for a bit, I've tried not jiggling to battery cable, computer shows nearly 70% battery still. No idea what's wrong, but even though it was cheap, I really hoped it would last longer than 4 months. If I can get 2-3 years of full time work from home usage out of my $400 computer, I would have hoped for at least half that time.

it's a good hp chromebook to use and it on sale to

flimsy, can't see the letters on the keyboard is my main gripe. Next time I will view it at the store before I buy something.
