Disappointed in HP low end laptop - unusable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Couple of reasons for a 1 star: 1. I like using the Chrome browser, Google.com. I had to take the machine out of "S" mode, to be able to load Chrome. Once I had Chrome loaded, It would take over a minute to load the Google.com page. And sometimes it would stop trying to load. 2. The Memory stayed pegged to 100% all the time. No processes showed as running (besides Task Manager) Not sure what this was all about. I tried to restart several times and got the same result. I don't need horsepower, I am not gaming on the laptop, and want a simple, inexpensive laptop that I can load Microsoft Office (not 365 as I do not want a subscription to pay for), browse the web and my emails, and on occasion, get on a WebEx meeting. I would figure a $230 laptop could do the trick.

Why is it laggy?

Started blinking black after a few weeks of use.

I will contact Best Buy to see what I can do. I really would like it to be fixed, or exchange the computer for a new one.

Minecraft laggy for laptop
