You get what you pay for

I can't have more than one tab open at a time, absolutely cant run two programs at once, and zoom is spotty which I know it a PC problem because it works just fine on my Ipad and my boyfriends pc. I really just use it to write papers, so it's good enough for me, but if you want to run anything aside from microsoft word, look elsewhere.

Not easy to use for elderly person

Ended up having to return it for another HP product. I would not say the product was bad, it was just not compatible with its intended user.
