Works great for my needs

Basic internet searching, e-mail, and running my Cricut Design Space App. I can even stream movies no problem. There isn't much room on the hard drive so I purchased an inexpensive sd card and use that as my storage.

Great Value HP Laptop

My primary uses are web searches, email, MS Word and Excel, and photo storage. It is faster than the Dell to respond and much faster to boot up. It was a great value for the money and the Geek squad setup made the transition very simple.

HP for Me and I Need Some Help

I am old and forgot a lot of my computer know-how. I am trying and trying to get this computer to do what I want it to do but still having issues. I have asked for someone I know to help and me.

I need a new computer Best Buy before school :\

I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.
