It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

Wanted it just for all my photos i have & lets just say i need to find a better one. Tried returning and was told no eventhough i was going to switch out for a faster one., now just stuck with a computer i think my kids chromebooks are fatster smh Just to think first time customer too.

Not functional

It’s so slow for even basic tasks causing frustration every time. Best Buy has such a short return window and accessing support will cost more than the laptop did so I’m now stuck with a non-functioning laptop. Such a bummer!

Awful performance

It somehow maxes out it's CPU usage just by having Edge open. This garbage isn’t even worth $50, let alone the nearly $200 I stupidly spent on it.
