Honestly, this thing is garbage with windows installed... It is unusably slow. I did get an open box version for under 100$, so I guess you get what you pay for type of deal. But this thing is actually slower than an old desktop computer that a teenage boy has used and loaded up with viruses from questionable websites... I understand value items but don't ship this with windows it can't handle that. It would maybe work with android or a linux bases system.. I am going to be throwing mine away, I don't even feel its worth donating to the thrift shop

Had this for only 8 months and the screen just suddenly just went blank and just started flashing VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!Thought that by having the geek warranty I could just take it to a store well got there just be told I can’t leave it HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Possibly the worst computer you’d ever buy. Let’s see. I bought this solely because my computer broke and I needed it for work but this computer doesn’t turn on half the day, holds almost no charge, and the screen flashes black and white. Just get a Chromebook hp that was slightly more expensive and lasted me two years. I’ve seen better graphics on my iPod touch from the early 2000s. Xoxo- 23F

I would not buy this laptop again. I wanted something cheap and I actually got something cheap. I bought it for my son but it is so slow. My old laptop I had back in the 1990s is better than this laptop speedwise. Normally I have high praise for Hewlett-Packard. To use Chrome for a student laptop is an act of Congress and it keeps shutting you out automatically. I am sure that I haven't tweaked operating system to allow other programs to work on it but even with the edge program is really horrible. Probably the worst Hewlett-Packard product I've ever bought. I took a Gamble and got snake eyes.
