I am very happy with this laptop. HP did all the work for me setting it up and all my videos, photos and documents were transfered over from my old desktop computer without having to use my flash drive. Now if my old desktop crashes all my files are safely in Windows 11. Love it in pink too! Thanks.

as with all HP's its a great laptop. while a basic one it works perfect for my kids schooling and it was easy at little cost to add it to my HP service contract and I upgraded it to pro and additional ram with no issues and at a fraction of the price of buying the next model up just to get the storage/ram

Is a wonderful work at home pace not too much memory on it but does what it is required to do

This laptop is great for the price. The only issue I have is the RAM size, but I didn’t check that before buying. Other than memory, it does exactly what I need and is great for school.

So far so good. Great option for a beginner with just using it for emails, word docs and social media for now. Great to start a small business as far as storage goes. Its light weight and pretty cool.

So far my child is very pleased with her new computer. It runs well and serves the purpose it is used for: online school homework, search the web and watch videos. No problems. No lag on opening apps and no lag on startup. Very good price for a startup computer.
