    At first I thought Best Buy made an error when posting the price on this product. I knew just by looking at the specs of this product that it wasn’t high end. But I don’t need a computer for gaming that’s why I have a PS5. I bought this laptop and I have to say it was a great purchase for my needs, thank you Best Buy!

    as with all HP's its a great laptop. while a basic one it works perfect for my kids schooling and it was easy at little cost to add it to my HP service contract and I upgraded it to pro and additional ram with no issues and at a fraction of the price of buying the next model up just to get the storage/ram

    I am very happy with this laptop. HP did all the work for me setting it up and all my videos, photos and documents were transfered over from my old desktop computer without having to use my flash drive. Now if my old desktop crashes all my files are safely in Windows 11. Love it in pink too! Thanks.

    I purchased this laptop so thay the kids could do some school work at home. The laptop is capable to download specific programs for at home schooling that other laptopa would not do. The quaility ia great and the kids are good to go. Thank you.
