Thought this was the perfect gift for my grandson since he will be going to college. Liked it in blue cause it's his favorite color

Reasonably priced, very basic laptop. Not being able to access my desktop, I wanted something larger than my phone screen for daily use. Easy to set up. Had no issues getting into Facebook, Pinterest or my banking information. The hubby has the same laptop and wasn’t pleased that I had purchased one. He said there’s no space on it to load anything like U tube, etc. I’m only using mine for searches, so I should be ok.

Very good product. It came on time for Christmas. I was happy.

I bought under 200 with free mouse for school. Works well for school work. No touch screen and keys do not light up. Somes time slow. I added sd card for more memory.

Perfect for checking emails, it's pretty good if you are not gaming or trying to store alot of stuff.

It took a few hours for it to connect to my Wi-Fi and work well, I even took it back to the store for them to tell me tough crap. smh all I could do is return it or pay geek squad to look at it. Thankfully this nice Hispanic guy helped me with geek squad I say Hispanic guy because if I knew his name, I would say it because I thank him for helping me. I took it back home and it finally worked. So far so good now.

The computer is good for the price. It slow to open windows pages.

This was a good purchase. No issues thus far, excellent condition. Customer service was great in store for pick up was seamless. I will continue to do business with best buy. 5 star experience

Reviews were great so I purchased this. Had it for 2 weeks. Used it once to set up and second time I used it for school work. The second use I had the web open with 3 tabs and Microsoft word and it glitched several times and froze. Turned it off for the night and next day tried it and it would freeze trying to open the web and word. Went in to exchange for it and waiting for it to arrive. The geek squad had to help reset the old one because it was frozen and said that I was doing to much at one time for this laptop(a web browser and word i don’t think is much) and that even if i do what it can handle that with these ones that in 5 months it’ll likely give out and I’d have to buy a new one. I hoping with the new one that comes in I can make use of it.

I did not like this product at all, i needed this for school and this computer worked very slow, i needed the camera to work well but it kept lagging.

I just love my new laptop. its so efficient for my new classes that I'm taking for criminal justice. I had such a pleasant experience at best buy in Downey that next time I'm looking for something electronic I'll go there. the service was impeccable. thumbs up from me.

No complaints. I knew what I was getting when I bought it so I tempered my expectations. Just really needed a machine to browse with, use for email and run simple apps on. It does the trick well. Noticed the processor is a bit slower when compared to my other machines but happily surprised with it overall. I assume it could do more if I asked it to. Feels a bit plasticky but a good by for the price IMO. Giving it 4 stars (not 5) only because it’s really a basic, introductory type of laptop.

got this lap top for school and i love it ! very affordable and lightweight !!

Great everyday use laptop - not enough memory for running any games or anything, but if you need a value computer just for your typical office setting, this is a great buy for sure
