Overall a good little computer works well battery life is short and it’s always dead but works for what I have going right now .

My Husband got this for me as a belated Mother’s Day and Birthday gift last year. A few weeks later he went to be with a Sister who was Critical and never came back. He passed away at another Sister’s house while visiting. He wanted to make sure i had my laptop. He didn’t know anything about technology but he knew i liked HP. Works great

It's a good value for the cost. If you need to save files you'll want an external way to do that. It does run a little slow sometimes but with the 4GB memory you can't expect much more. It would be great for a high school or college student. It'll work for my small business start up until I can upgrade. Happy with the purchase for now.

This item was purchased as a graduation/going to college gift. It is exactly what was needed and fits perfectly in her school bag.

Nice computer working faster for internet and websites

It functions is about all I can say about it. It takes a long time to power on and gets too hot when in use. When that happens, the screen suddenly goes black and I have to wait for it to come back on, hoping and praying I didn’t lose my work in the process. The keys on the keyboard need to be pressed hard to type. Overall, I got what I paid for. A cheap computer to get by until I decide to sell a kidney to purchase a better one.

We had a great experience in the store with a girl who provided a lot of help narrowing down on decision on the purchase of a laptop for my daughter who’s a student in middle school. She was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter has no complaint and is really enjoying her laptop

Perfect for students. I’m not here to compare to a Mac if you want a Mac get one. HP is amazing for students and for first time lap top owners, very user friendly. Has a built in camera. Price point is perfect.

So far, so good ... I like HP IT products and have an HP Chromebook. I have never experienced a problem with it, so when I needed a laptop for some personal business that couldn't be accomplished on my Chromebook, I knew my preference would be an HP.

Really liking this laptop so far, it performs well for what I need it for and the color is nice. The only issue is the Microsoft operating system which tries to pigeonhole you into using nothing but their products. Once you get past that though, this is a quality affordable machine.

Laptop does what it intended to do. Great for work/school.

Out of the box, this computer runs like the memory is full. It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

Sleek and affordable with a good value for the price, I purchased this to gift to my grandparents and they love it for traveling.

Really easy to use and set up. I love the color, I got a blue one. I mainly use my laptop to handle work over flow, watch movies, blog, social media posts, and shop. So this was perfect for my needs. I had to switch from Chromebook because they eventually stop updating them. And this has been a nice change. It's lightweight, as I carry it along with my work laptop.
