I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.

Awful product. Trying to return as I’m writing this.

This is Great for my son attending college this year!

This work laptop is a work horse!! I use it Daily! I use it for everything, every project, every part of my work and pleasure day!! It's awesome and works Better than any I've had before!

Nice computer. Hubby uses it for games and browsing.

I love my pc and it was a great price. I spent less than $200 for it. My old HP I had for almost ten years so it stopped working and this one fulfills my needs as I am a college student online.

Screen faded in and out upon opening and turning on for the first time. Tried to return and was told that i had to let Best buy send it off to get fixed. Currently waiting on it to be fixed.

You get what you pay for. So buying a $160 computer ahy would i be suprised that it loads like a 1995 HP?

Was way too slow. I'm a pretty basic person and I don't do to much online. This was not enough for me at all and I had to upgrade.

Solid, basic. And very affordable. More than adequate for many tasks. A great machine to assign to a dedicated task, freeing up the chore of reconnecting another computer

Not very helpful machine, was too slow to do mathematical calculations quickly. Connecting to internet was challenging, not sure if it was machine or software that wasn’t working properly.

My son haven’t even got to use his computer since he got it. It’s been in the box since Christmas because this laptop moved sooooo slow and sucks BAD

it's an alright laptop my system keeps having problem keeping the time and date where it goes back 2 to 3 days change it then 2 and half hours later time goes back to when I first got one the computer

HP has been so good to me in the past! This time, not so much. First one got stuck in "Updates" - tried everything, took it back. Second one - same thing!! Too bad, otherwise a nice little computer at a good price. I switched to another brand.

Computer is really slow do not recommend brand new and would not load anything

Did what it was supposed to do, but stopped working after a year. Won’t charge and warranty expired.

It was bought as a "value" laptop, but it seems to work just fine, with all the power of MS Office (which we paid for) and all the familiar stuff that laptops are now asked to do.

This is a great no-frills Windows laptop for basic needs. Have had no issues so far and is snappy enough for web use including video. The shell casing color looks good to boot!

This product wasn’t good I brought it for my grandson to use his first laptop for kindergarten it wouldn’t hold a charge, it was hard to turn on and to get to the apps was horrible.

Very slow start up. Got it used, was a floor model. Looked brand new. Returned, but still got charged for recycling fee. Even though I brought back within an hour. Not cool.
