Brought my laptop on time 10:40, it took 2 geeks an hour & 1/2 to get it working. I wanted to return it, thisnew laptop & was told I can't return it at BB, I have to call a # for return info. BB charged me $50 for Geek squad fee I wasn' told that when I made apointment. I'm soooo disapointed in Best Buy!

I hope they will exchange or something because I didn’t have 200 dollars to just throw away . I mean come on it has not even been a month since bought it .
