I have tried to contact customer service over 5times my CV computer is a failure I need help!

Absolute waste of money! It literally never works I should have returned it but I procrastinated! Literal trash.

I really like my HP computer and what it offers as specs and cpu as well as it's support system. I have always favored the HP brand.

So bad product Sure Hp will get a lot of troubles with this product

Perfect for when your kid wants their own computer. Plenty of processing power for email, web browsing and homework.

This was not a good buy at all. This system lacks the capacity to perform even the simplest of exercises

So, i thought it was a nice price but overall the laptop was horrible. Got a replacement and that was horrible too.

Very slow operation system but at the price with software serves the purpose of document creation that I need.

Not sure what I expected. These Chromebooks just aren't as powerful as a laptop.

This is very much meant to be a more budget-friendly laptop, meant for those who need the very basics without too much else. You won't be able to store much on here, so you will likely want to keep this as a simple work device when away from home. You could probably stretch this out further by uninstalling some of the apps it comes with, but even the essentials are going to take up most of your hard drive. Be wary that you may have issues just starting up the laptop for the first time. When I got to the Windows Update screen, the whole process got stuck and forced me to hard-reboot the laptop, which ended up restarting the set-up altogether. It eventually did go through, but it's a very glaring mark on this laptop. Another piece of advice is to turn off the "S mode", which forces you to use Microsoft's own store for all of your app downloads. I'm sure most people use a variety of programs, so you don't need your own computer telling you what you can and can't use. I've gone over the negatives I've found, but there are some positives. The laptop itself feels sturdy despite being lightweight, and the keyboard is large enough to feel comfortable typing on (in fact, I'm using it to write this review). Sounds and video have played well enough from my experience, and at the very least it can handle some light streaming. Battery life seems adequate, and will likely vary depending on what you're doing at the time, but if you're just checking emails you could probably keep this unplugged all day with no worries. As I said before, this is very much designed to be your standard work machine without the bells and whistles. You won't be doing much if any gaming on it, and it's best saved as an emergency machine or for something to bring on trips if you need something for work or with a keyboard. I would advise testing one out in-store before deciding if this is for you.

I am a freshman in college and it’s perfect! All software that I needed was able to be downloaded.

Slow performance & it said the battery needed to be replaced when I had turned it on.

I really like this laptop. The color is really pretty. In very good shape for a display model purchase.
