Nice laptop, even though it seems like it's not compatible with cricut design space, which is the reason for the new laptop.

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

I'm not happy with this laptop at all. It runs so slow and freezes each time I've logged on. I guess for the price what can I expect. I want to toss it already because I can't return it...very disappointing. I just wanted it for the basics like browsing and paying some bills online, can't even do that. I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing.

Love the laptop, it is compatible and has plenty space for what my daughter needed it for. We are completely satisfied with it.

The computer is cute, but it is so so slow and cannot keep up with things i need to accomplish.

Ridiculously slow speed. I purchased this laptop only because I am unable to edit my website from a mobile device. I use my iPad for everything else. This laptop is not even good for that! Unless you are looking for something with a vintage vibe, taking you back to AOL dialup days, do not bother with this laptop.

I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my kids to work on schoolwork. I was completely wrong. Out of the box this laptop has been nothing but slow. I have a 14 year old laptop that runs quicker than this, which is entirely disappointing. Just to get on Google it has to be restarted. And of course less than 30 days since purchasing it Best Buy won’t let me return or exchange it!

I love the first off. It’s very easy to use and lightweight. This device fits right into my backpack.

Light weight for travel which is what we wanted it for. Also it's an upgrade in software but easy to use.

This is a basic computer that serves its purpose of general surfing, creating docs, and email. The construction of the laptop is not very sturdy but still looks nice. Great price point.

I was not able to get my included security app to download. It was a nightmare to purchase. It's slow but eventually gets the job done.

If you're used to working a faster machine, like an Intel i7 @ 3Ghz w/32GB of RAM (as I do with my work laptop everyday) this one feels PAINFULLY SLOW. You're definitely getting what you paid for here. Life is short, I do not want to waste time waiting for windows, menus and programs to open. This is being returned ASAP.
