The rose gold is adorable! Absolutely love this computer. Its a very basic computer but it works well. I am able to work from home with this computer. Good value and gets the job done!

This item was purchased as a graduation/going to college gift. It is exactly what was needed and fits perfectly in her school bag.

I am old and black appliances are not my bag anymore. I got this to be main computer and my black one will be in my home office. I buy from Best Buy because I know how great their products, employees and services are.

Great but couldn’t expect this good for the right price .

Great purchase, and experience at the local store.

I bought under 200 with free mouse for school. Works well for school work. No touch screen and keys do not light up. Somes time slow. I added sd card for more memory.

The computer is so slow I thought its damage until I saw the reviews. I cant believe its a new computer. yes the price is very cheap but the computer is unusable. will probably return it tomorrow.(bought it today)

So far so good. I did have to download Google Chrome because Microsoft Edge was just too slow. But other than that, Im satisfied.

I see that the price for this item has dropped by $40. For $150, it’s definitely a better deal than what I got. It’s a decent, very basic no-frills laptop, and for my purposes it does the trick. You can check emails and stream movies on the go, but if you’re into gaming you need a higher powered unit. The touchpad is overly sensitive, resulting in repeatedly producing unwanted clicks. And like other HP products, the pop-ups are annoying. But for the price, it does have the basic functions.

My computer other HP kept flashing a white background. I couldn't charge it. I called and reserved and paid it through the website. In 30 minutes, I had my new computer. Extremely grateful because I had to finish my homework.

I needed a laptop for simple work tasks and this worked perfectly!

It a good computer it does take a little to turn on and to reload after putting it in sleep mode.
