My computer other HP kept flashing a white background. I couldn't charge it. I called and reserved and paid it through the website. In 30 minutes, I had my new computer. Extremely grateful because I had to finish my homework.

It a good computer it does take a little to turn on and to reload after putting it in sleep mode.

Great everyday use laptop - not enough memory for running any games or anything, but if you need a value computer just for your typical office setting, this is a great buy for sure

This a good computer for a student ir some quick office work. I would recommend switching out of S mode because it limits what you can do. The 64gb storage is minimal but easily increased with a mini usb flash drive. The ram is also easily upgraded aswell, with an 8gb ram stick it ups the ram to 12gb My wife loved the color and it is working out great for her.

I just love this item. I was surprised it came in multiple colors. The ease and functionality is great. I would most definitely recommend it to people I know. The instructions are clear on the computer but… the only thing that is not too clear are the instructions on how to reset the computer back to factory status.

This laptop is perfect for my use. It was purchased for web browsing and typing up documents. No issues so far.

i love that its small and compact but the screen is to sensitive for kids

You get what you pay for. The computer is super slow even after I deleted all the bloatware. I can't have more than one tab open at a time, absolutely cant run two programs at once, and zoom is spotty which I know it a PC problem because it works just fine on my Ipad and my boyfriends pc. I really just use it to write papers, so it's good enough for me, but if you want to run anything aside from microsoft word, look elsewhere.

Haven’t used it much, but it’s a little slow. Hopefully gets better. But for the money it’s ok.

Reasonably priced, very basic laptop. Not being able to access my desktop, I wanted something larger than my phone screen for daily use. Easy to set up. Had no issues getting into Facebook, Pinterest or my banking information. The hubby has the same laptop and wasn’t pleased that I had purchased one. He said there’s no space on it to load anything like U tube, etc. I’m only using mine for searches, so I should be ok.

It took a few hours for it to connect to my Wi-Fi and work well, I even took it back to the store for them to tell me tough crap. smh all I could do is return it or pay geek squad to look at it. Thankfully this nice Hispanic guy helped me with geek squad I say Hispanic guy because if I knew his name, I would say it because I thank him for helping me. I took it back home and it finally worked. So far so good now.

Perfect for checking emails, it's pretty good if you are not gaming or trying to store alot of stuff.
