Good quality laptop for a child in middle school. Don’t recommend for stream gaming or excessive research or schooling

It works but it doesn’t have much storage on it and it came with directions and told me it was touch screen but it’s not if you are looking for a gaming computer this is not it unless you buy more storage for almost a 100 dollar or get a hard drive for your computer even the extra stuff that comes with it is not free it asks for you to pay for it on the computer

I ordered this laoptop in the color rose gold I loved it ! But it started glitching after ONE day of using i ended up returning it because it glitched so much I couldn’t get any basic work done . Very disappointed because I wanted it to work so bad it’s lightweight pretty in rose gold and affordable .

It’s still up and running, after over a year of use. Overall I can’t say that I’ve had any issues with the laptop

The computer is extremely slow. I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.

Overall it is a pretty good laptop it works really fast, the only concern is the laptop get pretty hot at times

Super slow computer!! Not good enough for what I need for

I was able to grab this budget laptop as a deal of the day. I was not expecting a fancy device, so It does its job (web browsing and document editing). At the beginning I found the machine a little slow, but I noticed it was installing all updates in the background. Now that everything is updated, it is fast and responsive with only 4GB of Ram. The keyboard and the screen are the weakest points of this laptop, but I am connecting it to a 32 inch monitor and I am using a wirelress keyboard and mouse, so I cannot complain. It comes with one year of MS Office 365. It has only 64GB, but you can expand the memory with a SD card. Also, It comes with windows 11 S mode, but you can easily disable this. (If you do not know there are a lot of video tutorials on youtube).

I bought this for honestly just something to type out stories on, it’s a little slow on the start up but once it’s really up and running it’s great! I can type out what I need and stream my shows and movies too! I’m super happy with my purchase

Good value for the money, it's not a perfect laptop but good enough for travelling and works well with WIFI connections.
