I bought this for my daughter whos in highschool she needed one for her college classes and its been nothing but disappointing. Its incredibly slow i should have listened to the reviews and spent some more money.

It is a great computer, good battery life, it goes fast.

It is a little slow and after resting it it would be ok.

Ordered on online and the pick up was so easy and quick. I love this laptop and the price wasn't bad either it was just what i needed for school. After buying mine went and purchased one for my sister since she was in need of a new laptop.

It’s a pretty great laptop only thing is it sticks a lot and the processing speed sucks. Can’t run more than one tab on it or it freezes up and shuts down. Would not recommend

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

Purchased as a first computer for our teen. I've always liked HPs - I find them to be reliable, easy to set up and use. A good system. Should have gotten a touch screen, but it's really ok for her to suffer with only having a mousepad ;-).
