    working with the hp laptop 14 was easy but you could not download old programs on it unless you get rid of the S mode the system comes with and you cannot get in the S mode after you do that. Everything else is great about the lap top.

    Really good quality, I have owned HP before. My favorite brand of computer. Fast, good quality, great brand for school getting my degree. Surfing the web, filing taxes. Overall, I am pleased with HP.

    Bought the lap top and took old one in to Geek along with the old one to move all from old one to new one and you did a great job. was less stress for me since , i'm not comp savey.

    It’s a pretty great laptop only thing is it sticks a lot and the processing speed sucks. Can’t run more than one tab on it or it freezes up and shuts down. Would not recommend
