Great product for my daughter, I spent weeks looking for a laptop and was able to find a good quality HP laptop for a reasonable price

Unfortunately, this laptop did not meet my expectations. It was very slow from the start and often took a long time to power on. When connected to the internet, it could take over 30 minutes just to look something up. I had hoped to use it as a college laptop, but it wasn’t reliable for schoolwork. I would not recommend this model based on my experience.

It was not explained that this laptop comes in “S” mode. Or if it was I didn’t understand since I don’t know what “S” mode is. Was going to return it to store because I could not download any of my previously purchased apps. Kept getting a message that they were not “Microsoft approved “. The technician at the store knew immediately what the issue was and turned off “S” mode. Now I am happy with this laptop but initially I was very frustrated.

Purchased this for my son and he loves it. It’s good for games, school work and streaming.

I bought three of these for my niece's and nephew. Two were faulty and the other one my oldest niece says it is working great.

This was a good laptop for our daughters as their first laptop.

I purchased this laptop so thst i could take some online college courses. It works perfect for my needs.

I only gave it a 4 star review because you automatically lose half of the storage between the OS and apps (if you choose to use the office products). That was a little disappointing. Other than that I love this little laptop. It has very good performance. It's not a gaming machine and I mainly purchased it to install software for my Amatuer radios and Scanners. No manufacturer makes that kind of software for a MAC unless you want to purchase the Win OS and install a partition on the MAC. I did that years ago to install WIN XP. The Win 11 OS costs more than this PC. For me its a great value and meets my needs.

I bought this for my younger brother for school and it has now gone through 2 kids. Very durable.

Definitely cheaper laptop. Material and build. Slow
