    So far the computer is meeting my needs, I've had it for about a month. I think it is slower than my previous one. My old one stopped working, and I needed another one quickly.

    this is a sorry excuse for a laptop. it's the SLOWEST thing in the planet and refuses to load anything under 4 minutes. I wait sometimes 10 minutes for a single task either it's opening up an app or closing or submitting an answer it's absolutely ridiculous.

    This laptop is perfect for what I need. It's simple easy to use and will complete my education as a doula efficiently over the next year. I bought geek squad warranty to go with it so I have no worries! I always buy at Best buy they have the greatest sales on the best products!
