My computer I had for 3 years broke unexpectedly. I am a full time college student who also conducts approximately 60% of their job on the computer. I needed a quick fix, that can strictly be used for school and work, and this computer gets the job done! It is small and efficient for traveling purposes, and has enough memory to save assignments and work documents without the processor slowing down.

Not the fastest but I knew that. I am satisfied with the performance, the grand kids love it. Their own computer

This is a perfect computer for me to use for college work and my job. Love it, it loads fast, it comes with a year free of Microsoft office 365, which is perfect for what I do. The price is just right too!

Good computer for my 9th grader. The only challenge is getting gmail app on this computer. It says I have to remove the s drive and it is not allowed.

Not bad for the price. Does everything i need it to do.

I mainly use this for light internet browsing basic word and excel documents. It is a backup to my work laptop. It can run a bit slow but still fulfills what I need it to do.

I have no problems with the laptop. It had evening that I need for school and is really light to travel around. I had Mac books and dell laptops and they’ve either burned out, or was unable to successfully give me the tools I need to do my school work. This laptop, already has the necessary things I need and will even allow me to pay online games.

Great basic laptop. I bought this laptop for a more portable option to the all-in-one desktop I recently purchased. I mainly use this laptop with Office 365 applications, paying bill, and surfing the web while I'm in bed...LOL! I got the rose gold which is a very light metallic pale shade of pink. This laptop comes with Windows 11 preinstalled. Since I already have an Office 365 subscription, I use the one drive to save all of my work as this laptop doesn't have a lot of storage capacity. This laptop does come with a free 30-day trial of Office 365. This is a nice lightweight laptop that I can easily fit in my bag and take with me when I need more than just an iPad. If you need a portable option for something more powerful than you already have at home OR if you just need a laptop to do basic stuff, I highly recommend. I got this on sale over the Memorial Day holiday.

The computer works efficiently and fast for homeschooling and simple website navigation and activities like paying bills..shopping etc…

Had issues with it from the beginning. The device is slow, had to do a lot of reboots at first. I have a desktop so I just need it to do online schoolwork and eventually I got it to function properly. I would say… definitely do your research and get a higher end better computer if you need a fast dependable laptop. Someone recommended this one to me and my husband and I was disappointed.

It’s great if you’re on a budget and need something to get stuff done do not expect any high or high quality experience for the price.

Works with perfection. Very convenient for small work loads and personal browsing

Good value for purchase price. Good performance...once the problematic set up could be completed for the intended recipient of this gift >> not a good impression of hp or microsoft. User was not happy about being forced to open yet another account (i.e., Microsoft) in order to set up/use the laptop. Felt that should have been optional.

So easy to set up. Light weight. Nice speed. Holds charge for a long time.

All in all not a bad computer I did buy the lower gb so being slow to load is expected but overall great investment

I've had laptops before but this one runs better, the display is amazing. I would definitely recommend.
