So far so good. I did have to download Google Chrome because Microsoft Edge was just too slow. But other than that, Im satisfied.

This is a sturdy laptop for school and work. It is compact and has been useful for school work mostly. I am happy with this purchase!

So I knew what I was getting when I purchased however the longer the use the worse it got but it can still handle simple task. Moves very slow and battery life over time became worse. Display is horrible even if you try and angle it lol. For the price though just right. Would only recommend as a starter to maybe a teenager , young adult.

I just love this item. I was surprised it came in multiple colors. The ease and functionality is great. I would most definitely recommend it to people I know. The instructions are clear on the computer but… the only thing that is not too clear are the instructions on how to reset the computer back to factory status.

I am not a "tecky" type, but you need to have technoligy to stay up with the rest of the world. I am learning my divce a bit better and able to navigate a bit better. I think for those of us who still has encyclapidias that was my go too, it would be helpful to have a computer for "Older folks with sight issues" would be helpful." The people that helped me several times were very helpful and understanding. Thakful for "my" Best Buy Store.

Needed something that reminded me of my last laptop, and this did not miss.

The computer is so slow I thought its damage until I saw the reviews. I cant believe its a new computer. yes the price is very cheap but the computer is unusable. will probably return it tomorrow.(bought it today)

I see that the price for this item has dropped by $40. For $150, it’s definitely a better deal than what I got. It’s a decent, very basic no-frills laptop, and for my purposes it does the trick. You can check emails and stream movies on the go, but if you’re into gaming you need a higher powered unit. The touchpad is overly sensitive, resulting in repeatedly producing unwanted clicks. And like other HP products, the pop-ups are annoying. But for the price, it does have the basic functions.

Great laptop , it gets the school work done . I pretty much take my laptop everywhere with me for school and work and even catching up on my shows .

Good for nuanced uses, but not for long term stability.

Good for what I currently required but realized after I might need more memory.

Great size and look. Very slow once everything is downloaded. And updates all. The. Time.

It is great I think it would be used for minor things but definitely not gaming
