The laptop was as expected. It was a very slow operating system, and the default system setting disallows any downloads outside of the windows store. Disabling the setting is a permanent setting. It wasn’t a terrible laptop, but was quickly returned for not being good enough. I wasn’t expecting a rocket ship, just a laptop that runs well.

Bought this laptop for my 14yrs daughter birthday and she loves it. It's very easy for her to navigate and play her games and do school work.

The lapop is nice, but it does tend to freeze up making the too slow for my taste, so I had to return it. Googling isn't an issue but when u want to transfer things in and out of the laptop then it is very slow.

Good laptop at a reasonable price. If ur into hardcore gaming this might not be for u. But it is perfect for every day use, emails, and microsoft office apps.

Just getting to know this laptop, so there are still things I don't know yet; however, overall it has accomplished what I need.

Purchased this laptop to use for my online classes. It was affordable and if it lasts me until next December it will have served its purpose. It doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles but for the price, it is a pretty good laptop. It can be slow to load things at times but other than that it works great. It's lightweight which makes it easy for me to carry around when I travel.

I have been a Best Buy customer for several years. I bought this laptop for school and I am very pleased with its speed and reliability. I was so pleased with its performance that I bought a second one for my nephew who attends college. I purchase all my devices and appliances at Best Buy and I am never disappointed.

Bought this for my 15y/o niece. She needed it for basic school work, online social media, and a little online shopping. Processes fast, compact for mobility to school, and stylish. So far so good. Only bad for a few weeks so I’ll come back to review if needed.

Good value for the money, it's not a perfect laptop but good enough for travelling and works well with WIFI connections.

This product works pretty good so far. It is extremely lightweight and slim. Definitely more than any other computer I have had. Admittedly it can be a bit on the slow side, but that is to be expected with a Celeron processor. You won't be editing videos or running CAD, but as machine for checking emails, watching YouTube or some word processing work; it is great.

I really like this laptop. It’s easy to use for someone who is not great with computers.

Bought this computer for my Son. He wanted to replace my 10 yr old computer that he used all the time. Works great and way faster than the dinosaur he was using.

This laptop is absolutely marvelous! I can easily navigate the features such as Microsoft office. The size of 14 inches is perfect for writing in. It is called charmingly; Snowflake White. So I think it is pretty too. The price was excellent at only 212.00 dollars. I am completely satisfied and delighted.

I bought this laptop because my old one broke and I needed something for school. It runs great and doesn't lag. I can game on in through the Xbox app and my Xbox as well as do everything I needed for school. The battery life is great as well as the speed.

It processes a bit slow, but cannot complain for the cost. Nice bright display and reasonable battery life.
