Its a good basic laptop. Does everything i have asked of it. I bought 2 of them. 1 for work and 1 for school. No issues at all.

You are getting what you paid for. This laptop , I would say is best for people who are barely learning how to use a computer. It runs on decent speed and good enough for both web browsing and word processing. I suggest not storing images or installing games on this laptop coz that would tremendously cut down its memory and slow down the clock speed. Overall its just basic.

It's super light weight and functional. Email and web browsing are no problem.

I was able to grab this budget laptop as a deal of the day. I was not expecting a fancy device, so It does its job (web browsing and document editing). At the beginning I found the machine a little slow, but I noticed it was installing all updates in the background. Now that everything is updated, it is fast and responsive with only 4GB of Ram. The keyboard and the screen are the weakest points of this laptop, but I am connecting it to a 32 inch monitor and I am using a wirelress keyboard and mouse, so I cannot complain. It comes with one year of MS Office 365. It has only 64GB, but you can expand the memory with a SD card. Also, It comes with windows 11 S mode, but you can easily disable this. (If you do not know there are a lot of video tutorials on youtube).

Great computer for what we needed for a great price!

Experience largely depends on what we use the product for. For me, i needed a laptop for my day to day use (mostly net surfing, emails, Zoom etc.) so didn't wanted a high end configuration laptop. The HP model perfectly fit my budget and also scored on styling. While i can live with the 64 gig in built memory, the only improvement could have been slightly better performance. Overall iam satisficed with my purchase

HP Laptop 14 2021 is a solid everyday computer with good performance for school and basic work. It boots quickly, runs smoothly, and has a clear display. Battery life is decent, and it is lightweight for travel. Overall it is a reliable budget-friendly laptop for students and casual users alike.

I bought the laptop so my 7yr old son could use for school. The schools today use various applications which was slowing my laptop down. He absolutely loves using it, easy to navigate and able to get his homework done quickly. He just wish it was touchscreen like my laptop.

It works great! It’s exactly what I needed to browse go on the internet, create documents and Zoom meetings.

Nice price does what I need . Helps me do gaming updates . Hood Internet great color and I bought it as a return. Paid less like new . Keep a eye out for exclusive returns used like new. I would recommend this lap top for the person at home who’s looking for a bag for your buck .

Laptop service is purpose. I just need it for basic windows programs and internet.
