This product did not work for me. I had a hard time setting it up and it kept blanking out on me. The screen would go out. I just had to returned it and I traded it in for a different laptop. Which works fine for me. The price was okay. I like the color.

Amazing customer Service very fast and understanding

Not a fan of this computer, I heard it was fast and if people think this laptop is fast I would assume they have not used a computer in 30 years. It takes an hour just to get into a setting or for any webpage to load. I ended up buying a MacBook!

Bought this labtop for school purposes and it was perfect for getting me thru the courses. Very reliable.

Even for an entry level use, this is below par product. It was purchased for someone who only needed to use Excel and Microsoft Teams. Both of them did not operate as expected.

Has been running strong. Great product for basic computer stuff. No need to spend an arm and a leg on the “high tech” product when this surfs the web just fine

Runs slow and resets on its own during use under a hour

Trying to use this laptop is like trying to ride a cow down a freeway. Do not buy it. SLOW. No one should be making laptops anymore with 4 GB of memory. They are useless.

It is a little slow and after resting it it would be ok.

This laptop was a great purchase, and priced very affordable. Easy to operate and I also got one for my 2kids. They love them! Perfect size to fit in my big purse..lol

overall for the price i have to say this isn’t a bad computer, but it’s not a particularly good one either. Right out of the box it took an inordinately long time to boot, it seemingly has a hard time processing basic functions like web browsing.

This laptop moves extra slow. I purchased to do classes on nothing more and it moves extra slow. Wasn't a good purchase at all.

The price was alright but I can't believe how slow it is

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

Love my lil' laptop, especially the fan i bought to go under it to keep it cool. Works amazing!!

The laptop felt cheap, flimsy and slow. We looked at cheap ones and this was not even worth the cheap price

This HP laptop performs well and it does the job that it is tasked to do. Obviously not your all the bells and whistles machine, it is reasonably fast and is a good choice for doing basic tasks from a bedroom or home office. Price to performance ratio is very good.

It functions is about all I can say about it. It takes a long time to power on and gets too hot when in use. When that happens, the screen suddenly goes black and I have to wait for it to come back on, hoping and praying I didn’t lose my work in the process. The keys on the keyboard need to be pressed hard to type. Overall, I got what I paid for. A cheap computer to get by until I decide to sell a kidney to purchase a better one.

I absolutely love my laptop. In perfect condition for a refurb. system. Everything was clean, the software was installed properly and is a great additional to my craft business.
