A new laptop for $199 I didnt think was possible. 5 stars for price, be prepared for slow operation, little storage and memory. Youtube videos will lag , but at $199, I'd say it you just need a laptop this is a great option.

Worse laptop I ever bought. It is very slow, no number pad with the keys. Very light weight. The bottom gets so hot it will burn you if you pick it up to move it. Battery doesn't stay charged very long at all. I have always bought HP for the last 30 years, never got one this bad.

Great computer. If you need it for simple things or are a beginner this works

This laptop will work for me but even though i posted five stars there is one complaint that I have when i got it home, part of the power cord was missing i called bestbuy and told them and they refunded me but next time when i buy a open box item p.ease make sure that all of the parts are in the box

I like it its quick and easy to use but it overheats sometimes and shuts down but other than that its great laptop

Was skeptical at first but I’ve really connected with this HP. Had always gotten HP desktops but with all the tablet talk I wasn’t sure, glad I made the choice, GREAT

Surprisingly good little laptop. replace the 4 gig chip to 8 gig or you will not experience what I did. Celeron's always run better with more RAM. Get it out of S mode. Do all the updates, cleanup the mess using Disk cleanup or Microsoft PC Manager. Then use it, it will be a totally different experience.

Bought this laptop for our daughter for Christmas so she could use it to learn about the windows operating system and do coding. It does everything she needs it to do and she is very happy with it.

Good computer for the price. In general, I like it and am happy with it. It did say I would have Microsoft Office for free with the purchase of the computer, but I have not been able to activate it.

Great guys delivering the tv super kind and patient. Was gonna trade in my tv for a Samsung that was more expensive by 30 dollars and as soon as I turned it on I know im keeping it

It has a pretty low storage capacity, overheats within minutes, a slow start up time and feels pretty cheap. I bought this for college and it's worked enough to do it's job, but I don't think it'd be good for anything other than doung some shool work, and even that's pushing it...

Kinda sluggish. I was not expecting much for the price, but I thought standards were still a thing for new tech these days.

An actually great computer it helps me with work all across the map and helps me gain an edge as i do my Linux classes

It is an inexpensive computer, and it does everything I need it to do. I got a great deal on my laptop and I'm very pleased with it.

Needed to replace a laptop. Saw this smaller one for a great price. Also received a tablet for Christmas. So I can switch back and forth to both now. Always have purchased HP laptops. Easy setup and to use.
