The PC is incredible, I enjoy how fast it is, how it saves my data, the size. It fits everywhere, easy to charge, connects to Wi-Fi quickly. Very awesome product. I highly recommend!

Pretty good laptop and perfectly sufficient for school, watching movies/shows, and work, as well. You may want to ci sider a different ootion for anything that is a little more high-yield like games are big programs.

Needed for emergency when didn’t have the funds. Machine looks nice; especially in blue. Performance is lackluster and runs slow even with super fast connection. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend. Saving up to replace with something better. Disappointed.

You get what you pay for but I would never recommend this. Slower than computers from a decade and a half ago, poor battery, bad screen quality and terrible interface.

The computer was a gift for student relative. She called to say it was the best gift she ever received. She is now the envy of all her friends. She lives in Mexico.

It's slow and it has to keep updating. Battery doesn't last

I love hp product (laptop), even though the lifelong of the battery don't last. The cost of the laptop was an awesome deal. Getting help was kinda slow but the workers were friendly. Thanks Bestbuy

Excellent for using the internet and for a software program I use. Anything beyond would probably slow down other programs

Really practical laptop for the price. Battery life is very good on it. I haven’t used much storage on it so I can’t review that. But it’s very fast and efficient.

The laptop came preloaded with so much stuff that it only had 13 gb of memory on the hard drive. After deleting the preloaded stuff it only had 22 gb available. The screens viewing angles are trash.

Excellent laptop for the price! I got it to play runescape on and it works amazing. I run the game and music at the same time and there's no lag at all.

The laptop itself and the software is wonderful. The only issues are it has far too little RAM (4GB) and the processing speed is incredibly slow. This makes for very frustrating moments when trying to toggle between applications, and I was constantly getting the spinning blue wheel while trying to work.

Nice and easy to use. Good price, I love the color and the size. If you are planning to enroll to college you must buy it!
