It Works great I use it for my school work and it gets the job done

Has a bit of a lag so don't try to do too much! However, it works really well for the purposes intended. Good for a starter laptop, student, and small businesses (so long as they don't have a lot of programs running at the same time).

Purchased as a first computer for our teen. I've always liked HPs - I find them to be reliable, easy to set up and use. A good system. Should have gotten a touch screen, but it's really ok for her to suffer with only having a mousepad ;-).

I got this for my daughters 13th birthday. She loves how it is small enough for her to use for her school studies but also how she can play the cool card games on it. It has the amount of memory she needs for her papers and other school lessons.

Great computer, durable and lasted a good while. Actually still being used and I have had it over 2 years!

This product did not work for me. I had a hard time setting it up and it kept blanking out on me. The screen would go out. I just had to returned it and I traded it in for a different laptop. Which works fine for me. The price was okay. I like the color.

Not a fan of this computer, I heard it was fast and if people think this laptop is fast I would assume they have not used a computer in 30 years. It takes an hour just to get into a setting or for any webpage to load. I ended up buying a MacBook!

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

Has been running strong. Great product for basic computer stuff. No need to spend an arm and a leg on the “high tech” product when this surfs the web just fine

Was sent a USED computer, it wouldnt sign onto wifi so on step 3 of set up it never got any further. Sent computer back the day i got it and STILL havent received a full refund. Never buying thru any other place online like this again. I thought i was buying from best buy not some person. Very unhappy this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Not a bad computer for around $200. Very basic machine. If you're looking to play a lot of games, this is not the pc for you. The only issue I've come across is it's pretty slow to respond, even for a 4 gig machine. Internet browsing and word processing are this machine's strong point.

I bought this for my mom on Christmas as a gift and she loved it and I love that it worked properly and best quality and also her favorite color is blue. Thank you, Best Buy u are the best

Trying to use this laptop is like trying to ride a cow down a freeway. Do not buy it. SLOW. No one should be making laptops anymore with 4 GB of memory. They are useless.

This is an excellent computer. I bought it ten years ago and it is still going strong 1
