This product wasn’t good I brought it for my grandson to use his first laptop for kindergarten it wouldn’t hold a charge, it was hard to turn on and to get to the apps was horrible.

Im not sure if this laptop was a refurbished one because it is very slow and does not work well. I keep getting not responding messages

This is a great no-frills Windows laptop for basic needs. Have had no issues so far and is snappy enough for web use including video. The shell casing color looks good to boot!

Didn’t last long at all, waste of money. So laggy, couldn’t even do school work on it.

Laptop freeze during use with no additional applications loaded.

It’s works for my gaming devices and it’s very nice. Not only is it fast and efficient , it’s comes with Microsoft so it makes everything easy for college as well.

Very slow, sometimes did not connect to items we were looking up. returned it the next day.

The graphics are very clear and crisp and I bought this to use specifically with my cricket cutting machine. It’s able to use Bluetooth and very lightweight.

I feel that it is slow. Until this very day I have yet to accomplish anything on it!!!

It wasn't worth the price or the fact that it's slow.

This laptop is good for what I need it to do I purchased it for my Crafting and it's working very well for that and not to mention the price it was worth my buy

Even after all the updates which there was plenty, but even after updates it was slow not as slow but enough for me to return it.

VERY SLOW! The PC was purchased for my 6th grader. When attempting to access apps and browse the internet, the laptop was very slow to respond.

Total piece of garbage. Takes 1 minute to open a Microsoft Edge tab? Shouldn’t be normal, hopefully I just got a faulty one.

Very good laptop. No problems and also had a good review from my agent at Best Buy who makes house calls; as I belong to their membership.

Excellent product. Best Buy online services always have outstanding products, and the prices are competitive with any completion price.

I’m not a fan of this laptop does not have space to hold all my files.

This laptop move so slow I get frustrated turning it on. I have not used this laptop in months because it started to run really slow. A total regret.

I bought this laptop and was quite surprised at how well it functioned. It was fast and smooth and a great deal for the price. Didn’t like the fact I couldn’t download some of the apps I wanted but ohh well . For the price, it’s all good.

Laptop can’t even handle school work!!! I cannot open google slides or any sort of documents without the computer going black and lagging.
