Ok for basic stuff which I use it for. Had to upgrade the RAM. Only 2G wireless which is disappointing for a laptop since basic low end phones have 5G.

I bought this laptop for my student wife. I was happy to buy a slim laptop. Within 6 month laptop touch screen stop working, i came back to best buy had to replace the screen, after few days they keyboard stop working, now the keyboard broken, sound broken. Not properly functioning, this laptop performance is really slow. Its over one year now and I can’t have it fixed from hp or bestbuy. I would never buy hp product and won’t recommend to any friend who is looking to buy similar x360 laptop.

If 128GB is enough for your needs than the HP is a no brainer. Needed an extra laptop and tried this one out. We wanted the SSD due to a couple of laptops that we had over the years that crashed because of hard drive problems. This one works great for what we needed.

I had a laptop that was literally falling apart after owning it for 6 years so I finally caved and bought this HP laptop and I’ve been really satisfied it. 6 months of anti-virus was thrown in for free also. I use it for college so it does everything I need!

It’s pretty user friendly and works great so far. I did experience problems with one my keys. However I didn’t want to send my computer for a minor repair, which I was told would take a couple of weeks. I was a little upset because I didn’t get a chance to use my coupon for this purchase.

I'm giving it 5 stars because it is a cheep laptop that I bought to do just cheep laptop stuff like check emails and manage my finances. Not that great if you want to watch videos but again for the price it gets 5 stars.

Solid laptop. Does everything I need it to do (YouTube, twitch, video editing, etc) bought it as a holdover while I was building my pc and I still use it to this day. If looking for a simple, relatively cheap laptop compared to most, this is perfect.

Needed something quick and reliable for small work projects and this little laptop is perfect! Boot up speed is great and because it is running Windows 10 S there is no bloat wear or speed issues. Great little laptop if you are looking for something quick and reliable.

I bought this computer to use for checking email, surfing the Internet and iTunes. So far, it has been but I don’t do a lot of heavy streaming or downloading of videos and don’t game. So for light use, it’s been great.

I would have to rate this computer as being a little below average because it’s cheaply made, it also has week WiFi adapter that causes it to lose connection. The only thing that I like about the computer is the display.

This was for my son to do his research for school. Really easy to use and with an intel corei3 it has enough to power to handle some multitasking. He loves it so far and has no problem doing his homework.

The overall quality of this laptop is very good for the money. It has awesome bootup speed. I timed it to be about 9 seconds from the off state. I am quickly finding the hard drive is filling up fast. So if you need a lot of memory go with a larger capacity hard drive.

Wasn’t fast enough for what I told the Best Buy person I told I’d be using it for and immediately had to upgrade RAM. Hoping it works for light video editing now.

I love this computer, I compared others and this had features of more expensive laptops. I was worried about changing to Windows 10 but I had no issues, easy to find what is needed. I would consider myself a normal user and this is perfect for me.

I like the sleek design and the state of the art golden matte color. I found myself in need of a laptop immediately. I am not disappointed in the in the performance. I like the dark keyboard keys which doesn't show up the makeup I usually get on my hands.

It’s hard for me to figure out how to change size of song lyrics. My other laptops had a tool that I could click after highlighting and print preview and it was real easy for me. I’m sure it’s a great laptop I’m just not good at all the technical stuff

So far I have been pretty happy with this purchase. It was easy to set up and start working with it right away. I haven't had any problems getting to and performing the things I need to do.

I like the size and storage size of this laptop. I shopped around for a while to find what I wanted. I would prefer it didn't have the Windows 10S. It's a pain not getting some of the programs I wanted, but decided I could deal with that.

We got this laptop for my husband who doesn't do any productivity on it other than photos. He mainly uses it for reading his online newspapers and magazines and for email. It has been very reliable and he's not a gentle user.

So far so good. Using for school so using Microsoft do a and internet. Easy setup, great picture and sound, perfect size and not too heavy. Does not get too hot. Battery life could be a little better but very good for the price!
